Colby Craig worked with his father Gary and ran his own crew even after moving away from Maine for a little while. After Gary passed away, Roof Cleaning Solutions was closed. Colby decided to follow in his dad's footsteps, so he opened his own business in memory of his father. For those of you who used Roof Cleaning Solutions in the past, you will find that Colby has the same work ethic and the same determination to ensure the customer is always satisfied.

For asphalt shingled roofs that we have soft washed, we offer a guarantee to retreat the roof for free if you are not satisfied with the results after the three month suggested waiting period.

Our preferred method of treating your home is through our Soft Wash system, but if you are looking for immediate results, this is your best option. This process takes us much longer and therefore is more expensive than our soft wash treatment. We start by applying a bleach based solution to kill the growth on the roof, followed by a light rinse with a pressure washer to remove it.
